Our stay at Glamping - York Holiday & Cycle Stop was a wonderful value for our money. The pods were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the surrounding countryside provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast experience could be improved with the addition of a small cooler for milk, as the communal kitchen's fridge was often full.

This little gem of a glamping site is nestled in a beautiful part of the world, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center. the pods are surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. the shared bathroom facilities are clean and reminiscent of home, and the kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for a self-catered meal.

Although the facilities are generally commendable, the shower temperature control could use some improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at the pods in York. the location was lovely with a pub nearby and beautiful scenery for a nice walk. the pods themselves were extremely clean and had a welcoming feel to them. the cooking facilities on site were top-notch and the toilets were very clean, just like being at home. Ben, the host, was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. it was a perfect place to stay for a business traveler like myself.

I recently stayed at the Holiday & Cycle Stop in York for a lovely weekend getaway. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped and clean kitchen, comfortable double bed with bedding, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The showers and toilets were also in great condition. The peaceful surroundings, next to the charming Village of Holtby, made for a restful sleep and the joy of waking up to the sounds of various birds. Ben, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress-free. The location was perfect, just a five-minute drive to the park & ride for a quick trip into the city.

The electric cookers were outdated and took forever to cook food properly. The lack of hand towels in the bathroom/toilets was inconvenient.

The value for money at the Holiday & Cycle Stop Villa was fantastic! Our room was spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfy. The location was perfect, with beautiful walks surrounding the site and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with maps, taxi numbers, and recommendations for nearby pubs. 10/10 experience!

My partner and I had an amazing time at the Holiday & Cycle Stop Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and shown to our cozy and clean room. The communal shower and toilet area, which I was initially worried about, turned out to be just like my own bathroom at home and was spotlessly clean. The pod itself was much bigger than it appeared in the photos and we loved the little decking area outside, perfect for smokers like us. The kitchen area was also very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The security of the place was top-notch, with electric gates and cameras that made us feel safe throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning, as it was a great experience overall!
